Expert iOS Engineer & Team Leader

As the technical leader, led the ShopeeFood iOS Team in developing and iterating multiple apps for ShopeeFood, a food delivery and instant logistics service operating in Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand.

  • Led the team in handing over Vietnam's delivery business (DeliveryNow), including the Buyer app, Driver app, and Merchant app, and completed the rebranding from DeliveryNow to ShopeeFood.
  • Developed Driver apps for Malaysia and Thailand from scratch and integrate them with Vietnam’s Driver app under a unified codebase.
  • Led the transition of the Ocha business iOS app from the Vietnam and Thailand teams to the China Team. Ocha is Shopee’s POS system for restaurants in Vietnam and Thailand.
  • Continuously optimized and monitored ShopeeFood apps for performance, including startup speed, network efficiency, page loading, image performance, log uploads, APM systems integration, and monitoring performance metrics and crash data to ensure stable and efficient live operations.
